I recently dined at a charming Malaysian restaurant that left a lasting impression with its delicious and authentic cuisine. The warm and inviting atmosphere set the stage for an exceptional dining experience.
The flavors were nothing short of sensational. The fragrant aroma of spices filled the air as I savored each dish. The 海南雞飯 was a standout, featuring fragrant coconut rice served with tender rendang beef and an assortment of condiments. The satay skewers were perfectly grilled and paired with a rich peanut sauce.
What truly set this restaurant apart was the authenticity of the cuisine. It was evident that they used traditional recipes and high-quality ingredients to create a remarkable culinary experience.
The service was impeccable, with staff who were not only knowledgeable about the menu but also enthusiastic about sharing their cultural insights.
This Malaysian restaurant is a hidden gem for those seeking delicious and authentic Malaysian cuisine. If you're in search of a culinary journey through Malaysia's rich flavors, this restaurant is a must-visit.

We ordered hainanese chicken rice, ckt, wan tan hor, lo bak and deserts of bubur cha cha and cendol. Some people are raving about this place. Therefore, we were curious. Our highlights were just 2, firstly the chicken rice. It was served with a tasty, authentic flavour of rice with juicy poached chicken on a bed of bean sprout. However, it could've less soya sauce but was equally nice. The cendol came with this cute, tiny bowl piled shaved ice drizzled with the deliciouness of gula melaka and coconut milk. I have had better ones but really love the tiny green thin cendol bits, not the usual. The flavours were all there. As for the rest of the dishes nothing to shout about. The CKT was heavily critized, underseason, no wok hay, and bland. Will I be back? Probably not all the way there as it way just 'meh'. (though we did not leave a single scrap on our plates🤣🤣)

A very busy and popular Malaysian restaurant in Remeura. A lot of different variety of dishes and good portion size.
We had the Hainanese Chicken Rice and the Fish Head Noodle Soup. Both were very good and flavoursome.

Great food and the best curry my Malaysian partner has had in Auckland. The char was charry, the curry was rich and deep in flavour, coconuty, spicy, I don't know how else to explain it was really good. We did have to wait for a table at lunch time so be diligent.
